Project Management

Once you decide to move ahead with your real estate development project, Blue Water Consulting & Development will act as your quarterback and lead your team to the goal. We guide and supervise your development team as plans, budgets, schedules and contracts are developed, then implement and manage your project. We will identify the critical paths and manage all aspects of the project from contracting to close-out, while keeping you informed of the project status and issues.

Blue Water will be on call 24 hours a day to monitor the project, ensure quality, negotiate with the contracted services and government agencies, and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
