Tom Drews – Principal

Tom has over 30 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry. As a Construction Manager and Director for several Fortune 500 companies, Tom has proven his ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in locations throughout the U.S. Many of the projects that Tom managed began with site selection and ended with the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.

David Drews – Principal

David has 35 years of experience in the surveying and engineering industry. Since 1990, David has specialized in real estate and golf course development for multiple golf and ski resorts in Northern Michigan. David has earned his reputation as a land development visionary, entitlement expert and Project Manager by working tirelessly on behalf of his client’s interest and budget constraints.

Brian Hoy – Principal

Brian has over 20 years in the construction industry that includes experience as Superintendant, Project Manager and Director of Construction. Brian's strengths are site investigation, evaluation and estimating and an ability to creatively see solutions to complex and challenging properties and buildings.

Brian's construction management experience includes warehouse distribution centers and multi-level golf driving range facilities. As Director of Construction at Brand Growth, Brian developed new retail locations for national retailers such as GAP Inc., Banana Republic, Old Navy and Fourth and Towne. Brian also developed value engineered prototype restaurants for El Pollo Loco and IHOP restaurants.

Brian's client list includes Boeing Aircraft, Eagle Logistics and Freight, Delux Video, PF Chang's, Rock Bottom Brewery, General Electric and International Paper Company. Over a two year period, Brian managed $70 million in construction, and as a Construction Manager in the Chicago region, Brian was responsible for the development of over 60 new Advance Auto Parts location in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota, including new corporate offices and a model store in Minneapolis. The wide ranges of construction experience that Brian possesses include site evaluation, estimating, remodeling of existing retail space and the construction of new ground-up locations.

Brian is passionate in seeking to bring the highest quality construction within the confines of the project budget while utilizing the latest advances in technology to give his client the best long term value for their investment.
