Multifamily

Investors seeking to acquire multifamily properties require specific and detailed knowledge about a propert's condition prior to acquisition. Prior to acquisition, BWCD will conduct a survey to determine a property's true value and assist in the creation of a capital improvement plan with cost estimates which can allow for increased occupancy and rents. Following property acquisition, BWCD will develop a maintenance and facility management system to reduce tenant turnover costs, reduce material and maintenance costs and maximize tenant retention
